The Rall earned three battle stars on the Asiatic-Pacific Area Service Ribbon for participating in the following operations:
 

	Western Caroline Islands Operation Capture and Occupation of southern Palau Islands 6 September 1944 to 14 October 1944
	Iwo Jima Operation Assault and Occupation of lwo Jima 15 February 1945 to 16 March 1945
	Okinawa Gunto Operation Assault and Occupation of Okinawa Gunto 24 March 1945 to 30 June 1945

She also earned the Navy Unit Commendation for her part in the Okinawa Gunto operation on
12 April 1945.
